Every Darjina feature

We designed every screen for the counter: your customer is waiting, time is short, and a mistake in a measurement or an amount is costly. Here's what the app offers today, and what's coming.

Orders and receipts

From a mobile number to a receipt ready to send.

  • Search by mobile number: your shop's registered customers appear as you type.
  • New customer? She's created on the same screen with her name and mobile number, including the country code.
  • An automatic receipt number organised by year, month and branch, never repeated and never changed.
  • Price, number of pieces, description and expected delivery date; the date is suggested automatically from the completion time your shop sets.
  • A PDF receipt with your shop's logo, name and number, shared on WhatsApp or any other app.
  • The receipt always shows the order's current status, and prints only your customer's name and mobile number.
  • Customer profile: all her receipts and measurements in one place.

Measurements on the abaya picture

Every measurement in its place, so the sleeve never gets mixed up with the shoulder.

  • Measurements are entered directly on the abaya drawing, in centimetres.
  • Available points: full length, upper length, sleeve length, sleeve length from the neck, shoulder width, bust, waist, hips, sleeve width and armhole.
  • Your customer's latest set of measurements is used automatically for her next order.
  • When new measurements are saved, the old ones stay in her history.
  • Every receipt stays linked to the measurements it was tailored on, even if the measurements change later.

Deposits and payments

Every dinar accounted for: when it was paid, where, and who received it.

  • Record the deposit when the order is opened, then part payments until it's settled.
  • Enter the amount received, or the balance left after payment, and the app works out the rest.
  • A full payment history for every receipt: amount, date, branch, payment method (optional), note, and who recorded it.
  • The balance is calculated automatically and never goes below zero, and a "Paid in full" badge appears when nothing is left to pay.
  • Payments are never edited or deleted; the shop owner corrects them with a refund or reversal entry.
  • Only the shop owner can change the price, with a reason, and the change is kept: old price, new price, who changed it and when. The price can never drop below the amount already paid.
  • Each receipt is in the shop's currency at the time it was created, and amounts are shown with the right number of decimal places for each currency.

Order tracking to delivery

Know where every order is, and when it's due.

  • Clear statuses: Pending → Completed → Delivered.
  • Status only moves forward; the shop owner can correct it if a mistake is made.
  • Cancel an order with a reason: staff can cancel a pending order, the shop owner can also cancel a completed one and can restore a cancelled order.
  • An order can be delivered with a balance still owed, after a confirmation message.
  • The orders list is sorted by delivery date and shows open and ready orders by default.
  • Filter by status and branch, and search by receipt number, mobile number or customer name.
  • A full history for every receipt: payments, price changes and status changes.

Branches and staff

One shop or several branches, just as easy.

  • Add your shop's branches; each branch has a fixed number that appears in its receipt numbers.
  • The shop owner creates staff accounts and sets their passwords personally; there is no self sign-up.
  • Sign in with email and password, with password recovery by a code sent to your email, and password changes from inside the app.
  • Staff see their own branch by default and can switch; the shop owner sees all branches.
  • Deactivating a branch or a staff member erases nothing; they disappear from new selections and stay in the records.
  • Shop settings: currency, country code, default completion time, language and time zone.
  • Shop profile: name, phone, commercial registration (CR) and logo, which are what appear on the receipt.

Dashboard and reports

The full picture for the shop owner, and their own figures for each staff member.

Owner dashboard

  • Balances your customers still owe.
  • Late orders, orders due today, and ready orders not yet collected.
  • Money collected by branch, payment method and staff member.
  • Orders taken in the period.
  • Team performance, by name.
  • Control panel: cancellations, refunds and price changes.
  • Customers: new and returning.
  • Trends across days, weeks and months.
  • Assign an order to a tailor, and follow each tailor's workload.
  • Every figure opens the orders, payments or customer profile behind it.
  • Amounts are shown separately for each currency; different currencies are never added together.

Export and daily summary

  • Export the payments list as CSV and the dashboard as PDF, straight from your phone.
  • A daily summary (text or PDF) for any day you choose, for all branches or a single one, to send on WhatsApp.

For staff: "My day" and my figures

  • The "My day" panel: her branch's counters and the money she recorded today.
  • Her personal statistics with her rank, and a comparison with the best and lowest performers in the shop, without any names.
  • The comparison only appears when the shop has at least three active colleagues, so no one can be identified.

Language and privacy

Arabic from the ground up, and your shop's data stays your shop's.

  • Arabic first and right-to-left, with a complete English interface.
  • Works in any country: currency and country code are set per shop.
  • An ID number field instead of the Bahraini CPR, to suit any country (CPR, Emirates ID, Iqama…).
  • Each shop's data is isolated from the others, and the isolation is enforced in the database.
  • A customer's mobile number is unique within your shop; the same number in another shop is a separate customer with no link to yours.
  • The receipt never prints the ID number or date of birth.
  • Nothing is permanently deleted; deactivating only hides a record from new selections.

An order page for your shop

A link you add to Instagram or WhatsApp, where your customer can order directly; the request reaches your team to turn into a receipt. Optional, and switched on by the shop owner.

Online payment links

Send your customer a payment link once her request has become a receipt.
